Join us on the OSO Discord (oso.xyz/discord)! That's where the core team and hundreds in the OSO community ask questions, share learnings, showcase demos, coordinate work, and generally hang out every day.
All plans are tied to a particular organization on OSO. These plans are billed monthly on the credit card used to sign up, which will add a number of credits to your organization's credit balance. All members of an organization share its credit balance. Currently, we charge simple usage-based pricing, based on the compute and storage used by your organization. You may be charged based on the amount of data stored, compute wall time, or LLM tokens. Use the billing calculator to estimate your monthly credit usage. If you run out of credits before the end of the month, you can top up credits on your organization's billing page.
Most enterprise agreements will consist of 2 components: committed platform spend and a contract retainer. For the platform spend, enterprise customers will receive bulk pricing on organization credits. For the contract retainer, we dedicate analyst and/or engineering experts to your project needs to complete scoped projects.
The global OSO support team is available to customers by email and Discord. Starter and Pro accounts offer 24x5 support. Enterprise customers have priority access and options for custom coverage, such as implementation assistance, regular check-ins, dedicated office-hours, security/legal review, and direct communications channels.
By default, OSO is deployed on Google Cloud in the us-central-1 region in a multi-tenant data lake. We use industry standard security practices, such as role-based access control via Open Policy Agent to secure customer data. Enterprise customers can request dedicated deployments on AWS, Azure, GCP, or on your own cloud to satisfy data locality, residency, or compliance requirements.
Starter and Pro customers can top up credits at any time from their organization billing settings. Enterprise customers should reach out to their dedicated account manager for help. Community-tier users cannot increase their monthly allocation.
You can cancel your account at any time on your organization settings page. Of course, we’d hate to see you go – drop us a line and we’ll do everything we can to make it right!
The technology stack behind OSO is an open source project, hosted by the Public Goods Foundation, a US 501( c)(6) non-profit. A portion of all revenue from OSO goes to support the Foundation's mission of supporting digital public goods.
Kariba Labs employs some of the core developers behind OSO. Kariba coordinates a wider network of expert engineers, analysts, and data scientists to solve the hardest data problems for our customers.
